"When I first started coaching with Sue I was at an all time low in my life. My marriage had ended and I was dealing with other significant loss. I didn’t know how to break from the cycle of grief and overwhelming sadness. It seems hard to believe that this was only a year ago. At the time I had no idea of what to do or how to move on. I had lost all hope of finding happiness within myself. Sue used a range of tools to guide me to the place I am today – where I look forward to each day and the possibilities of life. I have a job that is rewarding, reflects who I am as a person and it pays me properly. I feel I have something of value to offer. Most importantly Sue has given me a box of tools to use. That’s the most wonderful thing of all – I feel more confident that I am able to deal with life and it’s inevitable challenges. - Thank you so very much Sue"
"If you always do what you have always done you will always get what you have always got"

How we came about
Sue Warren – Founder
I wanted to help people make a difference in their lives. This single focus prompted me to completely change my career and train as a Coach and Counsellor in London, returning to New Zealand to further train and set up The Breakthrough Depot.
Before working as a Coach and Counsellor Sue had a 30 year international career in branding, marketing, communications, and business development. More recently she worked in economic development and sustainable tourism in low resource countries.
Sue has live a colourful life, she has travelled the world, climbed mountains (literally and metaphorically) she has fallen, and always gotten back up, collected and learnt from life's experiences. One simple thing she has learnt, is that life is worth smiling about.
Sue uses a range of coaching techniques, tools and latest research sprinkled with some great life experience. Sue is great at connecting with and changing peoples lives.
