About us
"If you always do what you have always done you will always get what you have always got"

At The Breakthrough Depot, we love working with our clients to kindle their passion. To know it. Follow it. Dream it. Live it! So we can live life on our own terms. We help people plan their way forward, how they want it.

Our mission
We are a small Australasian business dedicated to helping people adapt and thrive. We help people discover their power, manage change and uncertainty, set goals, overcome adversity, and achieve their dreams. Our mission is to coach our people using a range of techniques, therapeutic approaches, whilst drawing from our own life experience and skills.

The Chameleon
Change colour on a whim, simultaneously look forward and backward - the chameleon is one of the more adaptable creatures on the planet, and the reason it has become the official spirit animal of The Breakthrough Depot!

How we came about
Sue Warren – Founder

I wanted to help people make a difference in their lives. This single focus prompted me to completely change my career and train as a Coach and Counsellor in London, returning to New Zealand to further train and set up The Breakthrough Depot.

Sue Warren
Before working as a Coach and Counsellor Sue had a 30 year international career in branding, marketing, communications, and business development. More recently she worked in economic development and sustainable tourism in low resource countries.
Sue has live a colourful life, she has travelled the world, climbed mountains (literally and metaphorically) she has fallen, and always gotten back up, collected and learnt from life's experiences. One simple thing she has learnt, is that life is worth smiling about.

Sue uses a range of coaching techniques, tools and latest research sprinkled with some great life experience. Sue is great at connecting with and changing peoples lives.
